From September 14th to 20th, 2023, members of AHEAD participated in the Learning Teaching Training Activity that took place at the Seminar of Silva, Barcelos (Portugal).

The objective of the meeting was to create a training space for STEAM tools related to mathematics, sports, and technology, with a focus on promoting the inclusion of refugees and immigrants. Furthermore, the diverse backgrounds of the participating youth allowed the sharing of differences and the generation of debates to ensure that the learning can be applied to the organizations associated with the project.

The training has been organized under SCOHS project: Strengthening social cohesion and capacity of local, refugee, and migrant young people by creating STEAM areas

The consortium of organizations includes:

In the following weeks, AHEAD will develop some inclusion workshops through STEAM tools to be implemented in various districts of Barcelona.
