AHEAD participated in “Bridges for Future", a 6-day international Partnership Building Activity (PBA) designed for representatives of Erasmus+ Accredited organisations from Programme Countries. It broght together 25 youth workers, NGO staff, and organisational leaders to build strong, sustainable partnerships for future Erasmus+ cooperation.

A Partnership Building Activity - PBA is a special type of Erasmus+ mobility that brings together youth workers, NGOs, and project coordinators from different countries — not to just learn, but to connect, collaborate, in order to/and create future projects together.
Bridges for Future took place in Garlstedt in Germany on dates 12-17.12.2025 and was hosted by the NaturKultur e.V., Germany.
Participants were:
-Network with peers from across Europe
-Exchanged knowledge, tools, and best practices in youth work
-Promoted their existing activities and opportunities
-Co-created new Erasmus+ project ideas
-Learnt and prepared for the next Erasmus+ programme (starting in 2028)
The programme included thematic workshops, interactive networking sessions, and peer-learning opportunities —all aimed at turning ideas into concrete partnerships.
Ljubov Lissina represented AHEAD at this PBA.
As one of the follow-ups of this activity, AHEAD is planning to host a special PBA for organisations willing to organise and build partnerships with other European organisations in Human Rights Education and Human Rights in coming May 2026. Follow us for the call and the application procedure.
