Innovative Youth Work and Intersectional Practices for Young LGBTQ+ Migrants, Refugees and Asylum Seekers.

The “Not Alone in Europe” project aims to contribute to the social inclusion of the young LGBTQI+ migrants, refugees and asylum seekers (YLMRA) and encourage them to be actors of change in their hosting communities.

The groups targeted by the programme are both young workers, educators, community mediators and social workers in contact with YLMRA, as well as the young LGBTIQ+ migrants, refugees and asylum seekers themselves.

Over two years several actions are organised to reach its mission, including the organisation of  two capacity building courses, the first one hosted in Stockholm by the project coordinator RSFL Ungdom and the second in Barcelona hosted by AHEAD.

As a result a series of educational materials are created and tested in the local multiplier events that are organised in each partner country together with engaged local teams.

This Strategic Partnership on the field of Youth is supported by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission.
