Democracy Matters: Youth work addressing authoritarian discourse in Europe.

Democracy Matters, is a training course supporting youth workers to promote inclusive democracy and human rights in European contexts through various strategies involving youth engagement, critical thinking and collaborative initiatives.

Arrival day:

Friday the 17th October 2025 (evening)

Departure day:

Saturday the 25th October 2025 (morning)

Through the programme, we will share youth work experiences and best practices addressing authoritarian discourse in formal and non-formal education settings. 

The expected outcome is to develop youth work competencies addressing democracy and the empowerment and participation of the European youth.

Candidates must apply online through the Application Form "Democracy Matters"

Applications should be sent before the 12th September 2025

Candidates from programme countries registered with Erasmus+ organisations (with OID) are welcome to apply for this course. Participants will be selected by the coordination team according to their Application form. Previous experience, youth work background and the potential to develop concrete follow-up will be specially taken into account.
